Alignment

Soles of feet together. Sit upright, spine long. Hands either a) tented fingertips, b) outer ankles or c) fingers interlaced around bound feet.

Refinement

Elevate pelvis with a block to bring pelvis in line with, or above knees. This invites more ease through adductors to encourage abduction of femurs.
