Alignment

Place front knee to outer edge of mat, point toes towards opposite hip. Wrap the front hip back to square off the pelvis. Tent fingertips close to front shin and hug scapula back.

Refinement

Be mindful of lateral flexion at the front knee if you try to 'deepen the pose' by bringing front shin more parallel to short edge of mat.
