Stack shoulders over wrists and heels over toes. Press the back of head in line with the back of heart. Root the navel energetically toward the spine to engage the deep core.

Open the space between the shoulder blades- As you press the outer arms inward, push the inner borders of the shoulder blades into this resistance. Notice the strength in your arms! This is a foundation action to learn for arm balances and inversions.
