Yogic Bicycle

Lie on back stack knees over ankles, shins parallel to mat, toes pointed. Cup fingertips around ears as you root elbows back. Exhale – extend right leg forward twist left. Inhale – lower to start position. Exhale – extend left leg forward twist right. Inhale – lower to start position.

Find power in stillness by holding one side for 30 seconds, the switch sides. Maintain a steady breath.
