This circuit style class focuses on a balance of endurance and leg strength. Expect a unique variety of squats, leg lifts, glute kicks and lunges.

40 seconds on, 10 seconds off. X 4 rounds

1. Jack squat

2. Lunge, warrior 3, knee to chest

3. Plie squat

4. Jump lunge

 

5. Fast feet

6. Leg lifts

Modifications

1. Jack step to tips of toes no jumping

2. Lunge warrior 3 knee to chest with chair

3. Plie squat with chair

4. Walking lunge or stepping lunge

5. Fast feet or running on the spot or side steps

6. NO modification
