Let’s get aligned and toned together!  These classes are all divided into 3 parts.  Begin with unique breathing techniques to get connected to your deep core while calming your mind. Take that with you into a flow to warm the musculature of the body. Lastly, lay down on your mat to condition your glutes and/or core.  These classes are effective and efficient.  See you on your mat!
