Cardio Day

Heart Pumping

During the month of August it is important to get out for a 30 minute cardio session at least once a week. For better results I encourage you to pick one or two other days during the week to add cardio as well (2-3 times a week is optimal!). The key is is an elevation of your heartbeat while connecting to your deep core. Think about lifting from your core with each step you take and connect to your breath. Have fun getting your blood pumping!

Ideas for Cardio:

– Fast walking

– Light jogging’

– Biking with light tension

– Sport (soccer, surfing etc)

– Gym Cardio: Treadmill, Spin bike, Stairmaster, Elliptical etc.
