This sequence begins supine with an anatomical reset. Using holds we learn how to turn on transverse abdominals, to support the deep core and the toning of the waistline.
Play with single leg lower, then play with double leg lowers. Close the starting sequence with curl to V’s. Some prone poses prepare us for holds in forearm plank and boat pose.
Enjoy half wild thing to stretch out at the end.
