Setting Foundation

Learn about your core anatomy from the deepest muscles to the most superficial with this educational class.

Placing your hands on your body is the best way to understand how your muscles work and where they are located so we do a series of hands on learning adjustments that I hope you will never forget!

The sequence sets the foundation for every other class you will ever take with me.  We start with toe taps, bicycles and curl to V’s. We then move into leg lifts, bird dog extensions and wrist release. Close with a supine twist to relax the core.
