This circuit style class focuses on increasing the strength of the glute muscles. Expect squats galore, bridges, glute lifts and side kicks. 45 Seconds on, enjoy 10 Seconds off and repeat for 4 Rounds.

1. Squat into side kick

2. Plie squat

3. Jump squat

4. Fire hydrant into glute lift

5. Bridge lift and lowers
