A 15-minute seated stretch to clear anxiety in the mind and stress in the body. Ever feel like stretching but not standing up?!  This class is for you! You will stay down on your mat the entire time and end class with open and happy hips.  Expect lateral seated stretches, deer pose, double deer pose and a wide-legged forward fold.
