This 40 minute class takes you through the basic alignment and refinement for pyramid and revolved triangle pose. These internally rotated standing poses require spaciousness through the abductor group and the posterior chain. You will keep your core engaged to support the thoracic rotation necessary for revolved triangle (using a block to support you). Beginner friendly and fun! See you on your mat.
