Yin Yoga – Back Body

This Full body yin focuses on rewiring how to be patient with ourselves and others.

A seated lateral sequence dives us into this practice followed by some of the lizard lunges commonly found in yin sequences.

Lastly a few seated postures like gomukhasana close the sequence prior to a deep savasana.

This class will go by fast so enjoy every second by staying connected to your breath and be patient and kind to yourself throughout.
