Begin in a comfortable seat with the pelvis lifted higher than the knees for a meditation and pranayama practice. The focus of nourishment in this class will help to feed your body and mind like it is the best meal you’ve ever had! 

How can your practice nourishing every cell of your being? This class is broken into three sequences- the first is nourishing the body, the second is nourishing the heart and the final is nourishing the mind.  I encourage you to breathe deep throughout. Enjoy.
