Root evenly through sitting bones. Press inner front foot actively into the floor, hug front knee towards opposite armpit and lengthen torso.

For the front arm either a) keep hands interlaced around knee, b) hug knee to elbow crease, or c) hook elbow to outer quadriceps. With every inhalation lift through the sternum. With every exhalation invite a deeper thoracic rotation.
