Ground evenly through sitting bones. Place back of hand to inner seam of extended leg. Place opposite hand to hip. Peel top shoulder back as you firm top shoulder blade in. Either stay, or extend arm over ear.

To discover greater lateral opening, lengthen torso and slide hand to inner shin, ankle, or foot. If hand reaches foot, place peace sign fingers around big toe.
