Gentle, Seated, Forward Fold

Alignment:

Ground evenly through sitting bones. Lengthen spine. Hinge at pelvis to lead heart forward keeping back of head in line with back of heart.

Refinement:

To modify, place a strap around ball of foot, lengthen strap until elbows hug to side-body to keep shoulders down and shoulder blades back.
