Day 2: Create Space

Expand your upper body with this spacious practice that targets the lats, traps, deltoids, triceps,and biceps.

Day 3: Love yourself

Open right up with this broad, front body focused practice that targets the pecs, intercostals, psoas, quads, and core.

Day 4: Boundaries

Reset and release with this cleansing practice that targets the side body and core.

Day 5: Connect
