Alignment

Balance on sitting bones by energetically rooting navel back towards spine. Keep knees bent, shins parallel to the floor. Hug legs to the mid-line as quadriceps pull in to abdomen.

Refinement

Modify by either wrapping hands behind thighs, or even reaching for opposite elbows behind thighs. Challenge by working with toe taps or leg extensions.
