Level Two HIIT

This Circuit Bundle is a series of 6 videos all 35 minutes in duration. Each class cycles through a series of high repetition exercises with no breaks and no moments wasted. With this bundle you will sculpt and tone your body, improve your stability, and increase your overall fitness performance.

If you have not yet graduated from the Level I HIIT Bundle (20 minute workouts), please start there.  We will use those as a foundation to further challenge ourselves here. Expect to see and feel a difference with these effective workouts!

Arms

We are powering through a 35 minute HIIT sequence to tone the arms. The sequence is: 5 min cardio, 25 min arms, 5 min core into 5 min cool down.

Cardio and Core

We are powering through a 35 minute HIIT sequence focused on Cardio and Core. The sequence is 50 seconds of work into 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Cardio 1 X2, Abs 1 X2, Cardio 2 X2, into Abs 2 X2. 

Glutes

We are powering through a 35 minute HIIT workout to sculpt the glutes. The sequence is: 5 min cardio, 25 min glute activation, 5 min core into 5 min cool down.

Cardio and Legs

We are powering through a 35 minute HIIT sequence focusing on Cardio and Legs. The sequence is: 2 Surya A’s, 5 min cardio, 25 min legs , 5 min core, 2 Surya A’s, into 5 min cool down.

Legs with Weights

We are powering through a 35  40 minute HIIT workout focusing on Legs while using weights. Anything from 5 to 10 Lb weights would be good. The sequence is: 5 min cardio, 25 min legs , 5 min core, into 5 min cool down.

Full Body

We will move through 2 sun salutations to warm up, then dive into a workout that is broken down into 4 sections (Cardio, Arms, Glutes and Abs).  Lastly we close with 2 sun salutations again to feel the changes in the body.  Enjoy!
