This Circuit Bundle is a series of 6 videos all 20 minutes in duration. Each class cycles through a series of high repetition exercises with no breaks and no moments wasted. With this bundle you will sculpt and tone your body, improve your stability, and increase your overall fitness performance. Expect to see and feel a difference!
This circuit style class focuses strongly on increasing arm strength through bicep/tricep co-contraction. Expect planks, forearms planks, yogic burpees and L-stand at the wall.
Cardio and Core
This circuit style class focuses on a balance of endurance and core strength. Expect jump squats, yogic burpees, mountain climbers and core conditioning.
This circuit style class focuses on increasing the strength of the glute muscles. Expect squats galore, bridges, glute lifts and side kicks.
Cardio and Legs
This circuit style class focuses on a balance of endurance and leg strength. Expect a unique variety of squats, leg lifts, glute kicks and lunges.
This circuit style class combines the most safe and effective supine core postures. Expect toe taps, a variety of leg lifts, and supine crawling all while maintaining a neutral spine.
Arms and Core
This circuit style class is a sweaty core blast. Expect unique combinations of forearm planks, plank poses, dolphin poses, boat poses, and yogic bicycles.
