Alignment

Place back hand to inner back thigh (encourage inner rotation of femur). Square and sink the hips. Reach upper arm to the ceiling. Keep shoulder down and wrap tricep forward while bicep draws back.

Refinement

For a deeper backbend, find posterior scoop to pelvis, lift the chest and left arm up as you draw back.
