Sculpt long lean lines with this full body sequence that targets core, arms, glutes and legs.  We use 10 reps for each exercise so the idea is you can just listen and don’t even need to watch this one really.  Enjoy getting connected to your breath and listening to your body with the various options for each posture. I hope you come back to this one time and time again. One of my go to’s! No props needed.
