This is a sequence you can build your daily practice off of as it targets each of the major muscle groups of the body.  Grab a friend who has never done yoga to share this one with- it is an excellent entry point practice. Enjoy a slow warm up followed by a classical surya namaskar A series with low lunge, and a second flow series with warrior 2. Cobra pose is the only backbend of the class and then your hip opener is an accessible version of deer pose. Close in a symmetrical bound angle pose as your savasana.
