Low Intensity High Interval training is a way to increase your stamina and endurance with minimal to low impact on your joints. These are great modifications to any high intensity classes you may see in the future. 

Today’s backbody tabata is broken down into 4 sets, each 5 minutes in length.  You will perform each exercise for 20 seconds while taking 10 seconds rest between each.
