External Rotation

This 40 minute class takes you through the basic alignment and refinement for warrior 2, exalted warrior and side angle pose.  These externally rotated standing poses require spaciousness through the adductor group and openness through the medial lines of the legs.  You will keep your core engaged in order to facilitate a safe side stretch in this class. Beginner friendly and fun!  See you on your mat.  *Props: 2 blocks and 1 strap
