This class is a giant exhale. I want you to feel completely held by this space to allow the greatest benefits for this next hour.
The first 30 minutes of this sequence will be completely on our backs! Soak up the relaxation of my favourite hip opening sequence (I do this one weekly).
The sequence then takes you into three simple seated hip openers and then right onto your back again with legs up the wall. You will feel juicy, spacious and content throughout this fabulous class. Enjoy.
