Vertically stack knees over ankles. Root sacrum, shoulders and back of the head. Energize arms six inches from body palms open. Inhale lift the pelvis. Exhale, without shifting the pelvis float one knee to chest and extend leg skyward.

To use more core strength, keep arms apart, active and palms open (10 fingernails tapped down to mat). To modify interlace the hands.
