Hamstrings Anatomy

This class begins with a guided pranayama practice playing with back body inhales and front body exhales.  After a peaceful warm up prepare for some slow flows standing and expect to workshop poses like low lunge, triangle, pyramid and your forward folds. You will find a powerful strength from the back body that allows you to create a buoyant space in the front body. This sequence will leave you feeling peaceful, grounded and truly blissed out.
