Slow Flow- Hips

This class begins with a supine slow core flow.
You will learn about the iliacus and the Psoas and how we can use them to support our spine and posture both on and off the mat.
You will notice the slow transitions in this sequence allow for you to really learn how to lift from your deep core- it will feel amazing, strong and stable, I promise. Enjoy this fabulous and fun flow.
