This sequence targets the side body and front body through a beautiful series of blossoming twists.
Expect to open your entire posterior kinetic chain as well since many of the twists involve a straight leg therefore opening up those tight hamstring muscles. Enjoy the pace of this class from pranayama intro, to supine stretching and then up into your standing poses.
It closes back down on the yoga mat and you feel lighter in this particular savasana.
