This practice is part of the Level 1 Yoga Bundle. It is an accessible introduction to a flow yoga class giving clear instructions and educational anecdotes to support your understanding of the shoulders.
The sequence begins with shoulder flossing to loosen the rotator cuff group. It then moves into 2 variations of lunges to expand across the chest and open up the pectorals. It closes with supine bridge into a supine twist.
Enjoy a peaceful savasana to seal the practice.
