This sequence begins in one of my favorite restorative postures, supta baddha konasana on a bolster.
Start from a place of complete awe and curiosity as you dive into a pranayama and meditation practice first. Then move through postures such as deer, double deer, low lunge, pigeon and sphynx. Close with a supine twist and deep savasana. Notice the openness around your heart and lungs throughout.
