December Movement Calendar




Congratulations on the purchase of your December Movement Calendar.  Can you beleive we are fully in the winter season now?  I cannot wait to practice with you. Please simply click on ‘classes’ and then ‘movement calendar’. You will need to log in, then you can toggle between a list view, month view, or day view. I look forward to supporting your movement journey this month through moving, sculpting and stretching. For this months classes I invite you to grab some dumbbells so we can work on supersets while progressively overloading (increasing the weights as the month goes on by just a little). Our weekly routine includes:

  • 2 Resistance Training sessions/week 
  • 3 Yoga classes/week
  • 2 Rest days
