February Movement Calendar




Congratulations on the purchase of your February Movement Calendar.  I cannot wait to practice with you. Please simply click on ‘classes’ and then ‘movement calendar’. You will need to log in, then you can toggle between a list view, month view, or day view.

I look forward to supporting your movement journey this month through moving, sculpting, and stretching. For this month’s classes, I invite you to grab some dumbbells so we can work on supersets while progressively overloading (increasing the weights as the month goes on by just a little). Our weekly routine includes:

  • 1 60 minute Yin Class
  • 1 60 minute flow Class
  • 2 Core Classes
  • 2 HIIT Classes
  • 1 Rest day with meditation
