October Movement Calendar




Congratulations on the purchase of your October Movement Calendar.  Please simply click on ‘classes’ and then ‘movement calendar’. You will need to log in, then you can toggle between a list view, month view, or day view. I look forward to supporting your movement journey this month through moving, sculpting and stretching. For this months classes I invite you to grab some dumbbells so we can work on supersets while progressively overloading (increasing the weights as the month goes on by just a little). Our weekly routine includes:

  • 2 Resistance Training sessions/week 
  • 3 Yoga classes/week
  • 2 Rest days
